Terms of service
By renting ARCH & AISLE products you agree to these terms and conditions:
SERVICING AREA: Los Angeles County, California and nearby surrounding areas
DELIVERY, SETUP AND PICKUP
Qualify for free:
- Pickup is no later than 9pm
- The venue is within 12 miles of our warehouse. (Warehouse location: 309 E Hillcrest Blvd Inglewood, CA 90301)
Extra charges:
- Pickup is after 9pm. Charges are as follows for late night pickups:
9:30PM pick up charge of $50.
10PM pick up charge of $100.
10:30pm pick up charge of $150.
11PM pick up charge of $200.
11:30pm pick up charge of $250.
12AM pick up charge of $300.
- Location of the venue is outside of the free 12-mile radius. Charges are $1 per extra mile x 4 (for there and back + there and back). Miles are rounded up. For example: Your venue location is 23.6 miles from our warehouse. The first 12 miles will be free. The remaining 11.6 miles will be rounded up to 12 miles. You will be charged: ($1 x 12) x 4= $48
- Moving the arches and/or aisle arrangements from one area of the venue to another area of the venue (i.e. the ceremony and reception are on the SAME property but in different rooms/areas and require being moved for example: from garden to indoors). A flat fee of $150 will be incurred. For insurance purposes - ONLY our team can handle our products. No person outside of our team is permitted to handle our products.
- Moving the arches and/or aisle arrangements to an entirely different venue location (i.e. the ceremony and reception are NOT on the same property, for example: from a church to reception venue). A flat fee of $150 + mileage will be incurred. For insurance purposes - ONLY our team can handle our products. No person outside of our team is permitted to handle our products.
- Fresh flower customization request. We add a few stems here and there to match the color palette of your event i.e. 20 - 30 stems in the arch and 3 - 5 stems per aisle arrangement. These quantities together with the type of florals you request, will be used to determine the price. No guarantee is given that the same flowers you request will be in season or available. Color and style will be matched as closely as possible. The silk flowers in our existing designs cannot be removed or replaced with fresh flowers.)
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
We offer 2 ways to pay for your order:

Option 1) Pay one invoice
This includes paying for the arch and/or aisle arrangements plus any additions such as extra mileage; fresh flowers; late pick-up etc.
We offer SHOPPAY which splits your payments into 4 installments or pay everything upfront.
Option 2) Pay 2 separate invoices.
Pay for the arch and/or aisle arrangements first to secure the items for your event date.
We offer SHOPPAY which splits your payments into 4 installments or pay everything upfront.
Later, 30 days prior to the event, pay the second invoice for the additions (extra mileage; fresh flowers; late pick-up etc.)
which must be paid for in full.
For both options 1 and 2, additions to your order can be made up to 7 days prior to the wedding/event. These last-minute additions must be paid for in full within 24hours.
- Balances due on invoices (for extra mileage, moving costs, fresh flowers etc.) must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the wedding/event and no later than 7 days prior. If payment of balances due is not made, flowers requested will not be ordered, and this contract will be closed at the determination of Arch & Aisle Rentals. If Arch & Aisle Rentals determines that the contract can still be fulfilled after this date and wishes to continue the contract, there will be a 10% fee added to the balance due and an additional 10% fee for each of the 7 days that the balance is late. Any extraordinary costs incurred due to the late payment will be passed on to you.
- Additions to your order will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the wedding/event and must be paid within 24 hours.
- Due to fluctuating fresh flower prices, price increases may occur and will be passed onto the customer if their rental includes fresh flowers. The customer will be notified as soon as Arch & Aisle Rentals is made aware of these increases. Arch & Aisle Rentals will send the customer an invoice for the additional cost, to be paid within 30 days of the event.
PRODUCT HANDLING
- No rentals can be left outside overnight. The arches and aisle arrangements cannot be in the rain due to damage. If there is rain coming and the arch and aisle arrangements are outside, then we will collect the rentals early. No one is allowed to transport, take-down, or move our product without prior written approval.
- Any unauthorized handling and damage incurred to our products beyond natural wear while renting our items will be charged to your card in the amount of 2 times the rental price of the item. If an item is not returned within the rental agreement period, you will be charged 4 times the rental cost of the item and will be allowed to keep the item. Your credit card information is safely stored and will be deleted once the items are returned.
DISCLAIMERS
- You have checked with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired space.
- Venue and Location Limitations: Arch & Aisle Rentals is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the responsibility of the customer. Arch & Aisle Rentals will offer technical recommendations only. Reimbursements will not be made for unused items due to venue limitations.
- By renting our floral arches and aisle arrangements you understand that though some of these flowers look real, and are named after real flowers, they are in fact artificial, and therefore only resemble the real flower for which it is named after or referred to.
- Arch & Aisle Rentals will not be held liable for any potential staining of any garments due to the usage of our arches and aisle arrangements.
- Substitutions: Arch & Aisle Rentals reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the fresh flowers received are not of the quality suitable for the wedding/event. The integrity of the proposed look and color scheme will be maintained, and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Arch & Aisle Rentals will inform you of any such changes.
REFUND POLICY
- Cancellation notices of: 90 days or more qualify for a partial refund of 80% of your paid order value / 60 days or more qualify for a partial refund of 50% of your paid order value / 45 days or more qualify for a partial refund of 10% of your paid order value / 0 to 45 days will not qualify for a refund.
- In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of your wedding/event, we will move your event to another date free of charge.
- Arch & Aisle Rentals reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time Arch & Aisle Rentals feels that the obligations cannot be met. Arch & Aisle Rentals will credit the full amount paid, minus any actual costs incurred by us up to that point (Including but not limited to: payment processing fees, time spent in communication with you, time spent forming a proposal, time spent working on your event preparations, fees charged by our banking institutions for refunds and the fees associated with us making this available online for you to rent online).
- Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules [including the Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection]. The arbitration hearing shall take place in Los Angeles, California before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
